The new office block at Pinewood forms the first phase of a 200,000 sqft development for Terrace Hill.
Set in a woodland park, the first phase comprises a 120,000 sqft office block on three levels for Johnson & Johnson. Clad in reconstituted stone and a Schuco curtain walling system, the building is to be finished to a Cat A level. The frame has been designed to allow the building to be extended towards the west.
