Miller Construction has made three key appointments in its Midlands and South West Region. Neil Martin, Simon Parker and Ian White have joined the leading construction firm as Regional Design Manager, Regional Commercial Director and Business Development Director, respectively.
Neil, Simon and Ian’s appointments further strengthen the team in the Midlands and South West region, helping to create a bigger presence in the area where opportunities to expand are arising.

They each bring with them a vast knowledge of the region, having worked in the area for most of their careers, in addition to the extensive knowledge of the markets we operate in, in both the public and private sectors.

Neil joins Miller from Costain where he was Principal Design Manager, responsible for the Midlands and North of England; Simon comes from Carillion where he held the position of Commercial Director and Ian was previously the Principal Planning Manager at Carillion where he spent three years.
