Through the 2005 framework with Warwickshire County Council, we provide design and build services from inception to completion.
The second project of the framework, this school was previously divided across three locations. We developed a new campus which consolidates these parts into one learning environment, acknowledging both the school’s aspirations and Warwickshire County Council’s budgets, through a true partnership.
The scheme achieved the targeted BREEAM Excellent using ventilation simulation technologies and thermal modelling. Sustainable features included green natural roofs, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation, enhanced natural day lighting, solar thermal hot water generation and biomass heating plant.
