This new build 17,000 sqm college incorporates numerous study rooms and classrooms, as well as a large performance theatre and areas for skills training in Construction and Art.

Extensive value engineering was a core part of the scheme, enabling us to produce a facility that has become an asset to the College. Close liaison with the College ensured cost plan compliance and the delivery of first class facilities.

Also included in the works was an extension and refurbishment of the existing sports hall, including a new full size all-weather pitch which meets FA standards.
