The commercial sector is at our core. We have worked with our clients for many years on new builds, redevelopments and refurbishments, clocking up a vast portfolio of award-winning properties.

In 2007 we built the new 350,000 sq ft headquarters for the City of Edinburgh Council, winning the OAS / Property Week award for 'Best Bespoke Office Development outside Central London'. This landmark building is environmentally exemplary, exceeding targets for carbon emissions and achieving a BREEAM rating of Excellent. The project involved excavating Victorian vaults to within 6m of active rail lines. We worked with Network Rail throughout the base build works to ensure the rail services were uninterrupted.

We work with the Prudential across the UK helping them to develop their portfolio of quality office accommodation, recently completing our third project at their award winning Green Park development in Reading.
