We’re proud to be associated with Warwickshire County Council as a strategic partner in their Major Contractor Framework Agreement. As such, we provide a turn key service to the Council which includes advising on development and construction issues as well as taking their development proposals from inception to completion.
The first project to be awarded through the framework is Avon Valley School, a new Centre of Excellence for performing Arts. This £16 million reconstruction of the fire damaged school was won against tough competition on sustainability, environmental, financial and design issues. The eco-friendly building, using natural ventilation via thermal dynamics, is virtually carbon-neutral and has a Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS).
