Built for Development Securities, this office accommodation is Carnival Cruise’s Headquarters.

The Category A building boasts five floors around a central atrium, an ETFE roof, a rooftop viewing gallery and provides car parking for 86 cars. Works were executed in a live city centre environment – the adjacent West Quay Road is a major traffic artery and the site is also next to a major retail mall and the entrance to a very active multi-storey car park.

We were also appointed to undertake the fast-track quality fit-out works.

This project was a finalist in the 2009 Construction News Quality Awards.
