Miller teamed up with Alumno - a private company specialising in student accomodation development - for this project which involved fitting out a shell (which we built previously) able to house 110 students.
The new residencies comprise of a range of ensuite rooms in five-bedroom apartments as well as contained studios, single ensuite rooms and studios with en suite bathrooms as well as an open plan living space with fully-fitted kitchenette.
The building is also fully kitted out with a large common room and games room which offers satellite TV and high-speed broadband and laundry services are also on-site.
The entire facility was then let to Edinburgh's Telford College on a 25 year lease, which includes the provision of lifecycle, hard FM and certain soft FM services.
