After a considerable re-design and value engineering process, instigated to significantly reduce construction costs, a 260,000sqft warehouse was built using a series of structural steelwork portal frames and composite cladding.
Thirty external dock levellers lead to the main service yard providing parking for 92 Lorries, with a separate car park accommodating another 462 vehicles.
