Developed and built by Miller Construction, the Reginald Centre has been designed as a landmark community facility, welcoming patients and visitors and offering a multitude of services, in a safe and secure environment over three storeys.

Miller Asset 24, delivers Hard FM and Lifecycle services and support to the entire facility and its users.

From our local office, Miller Asset 24 provides a comprehensive range of services including fabric, mechanical and electrical maintenance by way of Reactive and Planned visits.

All activities are managed and monitored by our 24/7 Customer Support service with the support of a dedicated management team.

The development of this building is facilitated by PFI credits secured by the Department of Communities & Local Government.

The centre is also home to the new look Chapeltown Library and also houses Leeds City Council’s Customer Services team, offering a one-stop service. People can also visit the centre to get advice and information on Leeds City Credit Union products and services and, in addition, East North East Homes Leeds housing services. A Jobshop is also located at the centre providing advice on training and help with getting back to work.

The Reginald Centre was given its name by two local residents as part of a naming competition.
