In the heart of Boston, the Pescod Square shopping development provides 92,500sqft of retail space.

The 15th Century Grade II Listed Pescod Hall was moved 70 ft to become the centre piece of the development. Raised from its foundations, the 70 ton building was revolved 180 degrees and moved on two computer-operated trailers to new foundations.

This sensitive and complex operation took months of planning to minimise the risk of any damage.
