Part of the national NHS LIFT initiative, Community Ventures Leeds (CVL) was formed as a new Public Private Partnership where shareholding is held not only by the private sector (Miller and Barclays) but also the public sector through the Primary Care Trust, Leeds City Council and Community Health Partnerships.
We provide project management, facilities management, lifecycle and construction services. CVL is among the UK's most successful LIFT companies: with nine buildings already open, we are currently on-site with two more.
