We were involved in this project which involved the construction of a mixed use development, comprising a hotel, offices and car park.

A 100,000 sq ft Park Inn Hotel was constructed on behalf of the Rezidor hotel group, with 185 bedrooms. 

The hotel rises to seven storeys, with all the associated modern services provision and a three-storey basement car park.  It also includes a restaurant with seating for over 100 guests, as well as a bar, fitness suite and five flexible meeting rooms.

The site is also home to ‘IQ’, a 120,000 sq ft contemporary commercial office and an underground car park which holds 210 vehicles. 

The offices consist of high quality open plan office space spread over six levels.  A ground floor entrance opens into a full height atrium space with a number of upper floors opening onto external balconies.

More than 150 jobs were created during construction and hundreds more on the completion of the office complex and hotel.
