Halewood, a 50,000sqft shopping centre, replaces Old Ravens Court in Knowsley, Merseyside.
The £7m new build will include retailers such as Aldi, Tesco and Ladbrokes amongst others while an existing local newsagent and take away will relocate to the premises.
Halewood also provides good transporting links to within the city and car parking facilities for visitors to the centre.
The construction of the shopping centre marks the final part of the Halewood Community regeneration, transforming the town’s facilities and offering.
Building work commenced in November 2011 and is scheduled for completion in August 2012.
