This new 45 bed intermediate care facility in Dagenham, Essex, provides residential medical care for recuperating hospital patients.
The design and construction project comprises a three storey timber framed care facility with an adjoining one storey medical centre. The site lies in a busy residential area of Dagenham and an existing nursing home was demolished to make way for the new facility.
