On the eastern side of the Prudential’s 30 acre site at Solent Business Park, Forum 5 & 6 each feature a second floor terrace providing amenity and views over the lake.  Access to each building is via a full height reception atrium with feature stairs. The two buildings provided 4,970m² and 4,011m² respectively over three floors with insitu concrete frame and 358 car parking spaces. 

Forum 4 is a three storey glass and aluminium clad office that has its top floor stepped back to provide a roof terrace with plants. Landscaping also includes a picturesque water feature. 

There is an internal glazed atrium, passenger lift serving 3 floors, full air conditioning throughout, with high specification fixtures and fittings to the reception and bathroom areas.

The building has been completed with raised access floors, suspended ceilings to all open areas and is carpeted throughout. There is a high degree of M&E in the open plan office building. Externally, the 116 space car park area has been block paved with bollard lighting and external soft landscaping.

Each building achieved a BREEAM rating of 'Very Good'.
