Part of the second tranche of Leeds LIFT, East Leeds Health Centre is an Enhanced Primary Care Cente which incorporates two local GP practices and community health services over two storeys.
The ground floor accomodates the community services, while the first floor is occupied by a 14-partner GP practice and the second floor by a 5-partner GP practice plus a new minor surgery suite which is available for both GP and PCT use.
