A Fibre ‘C’ rainscreen cladding system enabled us to emulate the existing Victorian sandstone.  A natural ventilation system reduces carbon emissions & energy costs by generating a thermal model based on, eg, body and computer heat, external wind speeds and Co2 levels. Heating & cooling is then tailored to the users’ needs.

"We wanted more than a building - we wanted a learning environment fit for the 21st Century – and beyond.

"To build something of this size and complexity in less than 18 months is something that Miller should be justifiably proud of."
