Duke of Edinburgh Support

Whilst carrying out works on Carlsberg’s new beer processing facility in Northampton, Miller Construction, along with three of its supply chain partners, raised £500 for the NTFC (Northampton Town Multi Disability Football Team) who are participating in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme is a youth charity which gives all young people the chance to develop skills for work and life, fulfil their potential and have a brighter future.

NTFC are currently working towards their Gold Award and the funds raised will be used to assist the group in achieving this. 

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme is one of The Miller Group’s supported charities and it was with great pleasure that Miller Construction was able to support the charity at a regional level.  Whilst working on the Carlsberg project, the team learnt of the fantastic achievements of all the young people from NTFC and were inspired by their courage and determination in working towards their Gold Award.
