A Landmark mixed use leisure development on a prominent city centre “island” site, Chapel Quarter provides nearly 200,000sqft of floor space.
Built for Royal London Mutual, the scheme comprises an Express by Holiday Inn, office space and several leisure facilities.
During the 18 months of contract negotiation, the design underwent value engineering to ensure the development appraisal was viable.
Due to its location the scheme was subject to lengthy negotiations with planners to obtain approval and deal with the archaeological heritage of the site.
