We were involved in the construction of a five storey hotel along with offices spread over two storeys.
Located on the former Chesterfield Car Auction site on Lockford Lane, the hotel comprises 100 modern bedrooms, five suites, a banqueting suite, conference rooms complete with outdoor terraces, a restaurant and a selection of bars.
All of these features are complimented by a state-of-the-art office facilty occupying 16,000 sq ft on the top floor for Bradbury Hall Developments and Global Brands.
This development created 500 jobs and the hotel and office scheme will complement the ongoing transformation of the A61 corridor at the Whittington Moor site, which will also be home to Chesterfield Football Club’s new 10,000 seat stadium and the relocating Tesco superstore.
The Casa Hotel opened to the public in Autumn 2010.
