The Barking Child and Family Centre is part of the Barking & Havering NHS Lift initiative.

Developed and built by Miller Construction this 3,300m2 primary care facility provides specialist children and family clinical services together with 22 affordable residential flats for the local Southern Housing Group.

The centre is located in the heart of the busy Barking Town Centre and offers a focal point for health and community lead services.

Miller Asset 24, deliver Hard FM and Lifecycle services and support to the entire facility and its users.

From our local office, Miller Asset 24 provides a comprehensive range of services including fabric, mechanical and electrical maintenance by way of Reactive and Planned visits.

All activities are managed and monitored by our 24/7 Customer Support service with the support of a dedicated management team.

More specifically the management and maintenance of a biomass boiler, together with natural ventilation strategies contributes to the local authority's renewable energy target, coupled with stringent energy usage control measures.
