Part of the NHS Lift initiative, this Public Private Partnership is amongst the most successful, having 10 operational buildings.
The partnership finds us working with the Barking & Dagenham and Havering Primary Care Trusts, as well as Community Health Partnerships.
The scheme involves the delivery of 28 primary care centres with a further strategy for the development of a number of future schemes totalling 35 projects. The indicative construction cost of the initial 28 schemes is in the order of £86million.
We provide construction, facilities management and lifecycle services along with project management.
