This 41-acre development for Prudential forms part of the 180-acre Green Park, on the outskirts of Reading.
The construction consisted of two, four storey buildings that were clad with a mixture of brass rainscreen and glass. including high spec curtain walling, inverted asphalt roofs, cladded roof Plant Rooms with glass, Brass and PVC clad cores.
Particular challenges included the long term structural protection to cope with the aggressive internal atmosphere.
The external works included the provision of 2 decked car parks and new site roads all associated hard and soft landscaping.
Multi-storey car parks were constructed in association with the project under a separate contract.
The construction achieved BREEAM Very Good.
